Before braces, the upper and lower front teeth were crowded and the arch looked tight. This young man in his early 20s felt the overlapping teeth were noticeable when he smiled, and he wanted the teeth to move into a cleaner line over time.
The lower front teeth were especially uneven, while the upper teeth had limited space along the arch. Since crowded areas can also be harder to clean properly, the treatment needed to improve alignment gradually while keeping the bite under review.
After
At the 6-month review, the teeth had started to sit in a more organised arch. The crowding around the front teeth looked less tight, and several rotated teeth had begun turning into a better position.
This was still an ongoing braces treatment, not the final result. Even so, the progress was visible. The smile line looked more even, and the patient could see that the teeth were moving in the right direction with regular adjustments.
